Ordered and received mine two months ago. The instructions are clear and easy to understand. With the right settings, everything works fine. The winder is three feet away from my bed and the motor noise, if there's any, never bothered me once.

The only gripe I have is with the adapter. It only supports 110v and must be set to negative polarity. This doesn't correspond to the specs in my country, so I ended up buying a separate AC-DC adapter. Most people won't know the danger of plugging in the wrong adapter, and the unpleasant consequences associated with it. The unit should have been shipped with a universal adapter.
