We received our Dual Watch Winder Pro in Burlwood and have been using it for about two weeks. The winder runs quietly and so far has kept our two Rolex watches wound correctly.

The only difficulty we had was trying to figure out how to place the watches into the case. The pieces that the watches fit on are tightly set into the case and we were hesitant to pull them out thinking we might break something. It would be helpful if the small brochure included a description that showed how to set up the watches.
