I purchased a dual winder from your company a few years ago. It had a single motor for both winders, with no variable settings and ran continuously. I had to add my own timer to turn it on and off. The old unit was also noisy enough that often when I was reading in the same room I would turn it off to avoid the annoyance. My recent purchase has two separate motors, which can turn in either or both directions and run for about 33 seconds then rest. The new unit is also virtually silent. If it is common knowledge that automatic watches were supposed to be wound in the manner utilized by my present purchase, why didn't the last model have these features?
