The women I spoke to was exceptional, she explained everything in a clear and concise manner. She was extremely pleasant and smart and the winder arrived sooner than she predicted.

The winder itself is a great value, quiet, smooth and nice looking. It looks "high-end" for a very reasonable price. I may buy another for my divers watch!
