The product works well, but I was given the wrong A/C adapter with the initial shipment. It would be nice if you would supply the customer with the proper part the first time. (Posted on 9/19/09)

Ordered and received mine two months ago. It looks exactly like the pictures on the website, no nasty surprises there. The instructions are clear and easy to understand. With the right settings, everything works fine. The winder sits three feet away from my bed and the motor noise, if there's any, never bothered me once.

The only gripe I have is with the adapter. It only supports 110v and must be set to negative polarity. This doesn't correspond to the power specifications in my country, so I ended up having to buy a separate AC-DC adapter. I don't know how many people know the dangers and consequences of plugging in a wrong adapter. I hope nobody has to find out. The unit should be shipped with a universal adapter. (Posted on 9/18/09)
