Just can't say enough good things about the compact dual watch winder. It does a great job of keeping my time pieces accurate and it is such an attractive piece that it can be displayed anywhere. (Posted on 3/1/10)

I have a single winder and needed an additional double. I was not disappointed in the unit; however, I was somewhat disappointed in the customer service aspect. I did not receive an invoice, warranty information and I felt that when I called customer service for information, they were totally clueless. (Posted on 2/10/10)
