The winder is a beautiful example of craftmanship. The bad news is that it developed a problem after just 3 days of use. The GOOD NEWS is that the customer service I received was excellent.

The original winder was on back order and unavailable. However, working with the Customer Service Department we selected a different winder and the exchange was effortless. Steinhauser even paid shipping on the replacement and the return of the original winder. I can't say enough good things about the service after the sale. (Posted on 2/23/10)

The experience with Steinhausen has been great. I received my purchase of the single watch winder-TM515A less than a week after I ordered it. The women I spoke to was exceptional, she explained everything in a clear and concise manner. She was extremely pleasant and smart and the winder arrived sooner than she predicted.
