I purchased the Dual Burlwood watch winder out of frustration at the cost and scarcity of winders available in Australia, but am I glad I did.
I am very happy with the beautiful finish and quiet working of the winder. It sits proudly on the cabinet in the diining room along with several other timber pieces I've collected over the years.Happy to recommend this beauty to anyone wanting looks and functionality. (Posted on 7/19/10)

The customer service dept was very helpful. They replaced my unit which was not working with my watch and allowed me to upgrade to one that did - paying the difference in price.

The only negative is the amount of time it took to get a response via email. I finally called and got immediate satisfaction. (Posted on 6/16/10)

The unit works perfectly. It is somewhat larger than I had expected, but I guess that is to expected for a high quality winder like this. It oozes high quality construction and finished beautifully. The motor is totally quiet and therefore you can have it on a night stand or a dresser in the bedroom. Amazing value for money (sale price). (Posted on 4/5/10)

You may want to refraise your add for the free watch with every watchbox.
concedering the winder is also a watch box display as well.
some folks might be upset, if they cant recieve a watch, with that pur-chas.
