   I love this watch and my next watch is going to be the same. If I was to suggest a thing or two (and this is not by any means to take away from the quality of the watch), it is that the button for the month is a bit sensitive and a slight touch to it changes the month... the other wish list is if there could be a better magnifying glass over the date window. Having said this though, I would still buy the watch as is if the one I currently own breaks for whatever reason. (Posted on 2/26/11)

   I have owned Audemars Piguet, many Rolexes, a couple of Patek-Phillipe and Bulova watches, and Chronographs (Croton,Le Coultre,etc.), but this Marquis is STILL a favorite! I needed a sapphire pin for the strap, and customer service got it to me right away!!! They were GREAT!!! ( and I've spent TENS of THOUSANDS of Dollars on those other watches!!!)    I just noticed in my previous review I stated that the "dates" were changing when my wrist putting pressure on the top button....What I meant was the "months" were changing, not the days i.e. November to December, December to January...

6. A Piece of History and Art Review by SHANE

   I am very happy with my Marquise watch; among my other watches it is my favourite. Whenever I wear it I get nothing but compliments from people because of it's "chic and stylish" look..
   
   Two very minor issues:
   
   - I found the leather wristbands a little bit on the "thick" side. It was quite an hassle first couple of weeks, when taking it off and putting it back on before taking a shower until the band finally started to break in the third week or so.
   
   - When doing some light duty chores at home, I noticed the days changing (Sat to Sun, Sun to Mon, and so on..). This happens due to my wrist pressuring the top button that controls the days.
   
   Overall, what more can I say?....She is a "Piece of Art".

   I've had the watch for over 3 years now and it still keeps perfect time.
   I won't tell you how much I paid for it, but it has increased in value over 3 times the price I paid. I also bought the stainless steel bracelet and they really look great together. I've had many compliments about the watch and I wear it every day. I'd love to buy another, but my Marquis is so well made and keeps such good time, I know my wife would never let me.     An automatic watch that has dials that tell day and month! Nothing can beat that. While on the wrist, the Marquise makes one feel like a million bucks because of its elegant look.
