   I received the watchband pins I ordered for my Marquis model automatic watch, along with the leather band I requested. Was very surprised by the fast delivery service and also gratified with the way you have re-designed the pins. Having the fastening screws positioned in the center of the pin rather than on the ends as the original pins were designed makes them less prone to loss and loosening.
   
   Also, the watchband is very nice and soft as well as supple, as was the original band. I have had my watch now for over five years and am very pleased with it and the aforementioned changes to the watchband pins. (Posted on 3/10/10)

    The original order arrived with the box not entirely sealed (i.e., the ends of the box were held by a strip of tape across the seam area leaving cracks on either side. The watch pin sets were missing, obviously having slipped out of the unsealed areas). We contacted Steinhausen and the missing parts were replaced by return shipping. The product is beautiful.
